Faith never removes the duty to protect people.
Safety is a public ministry commitment. Surrender, forgiveness, submission, unity, and reconciliation will never be used to keep a person in danger or silence responsible reporting.

Dignity
Care is never conditioned on conversion.
People are served with dignity whether or not they share the faith. Prayer and faith participation are voluntary. Practical care is never conditioned upon agreement, donation, public testimony, or joining the ministry.
Boundaries
No spiritual language may conceal harm.
The ministry does not promise secrecy when safety or legal responsibilities may require action. It distinguishes ministry support from licensed care and routes safety-related disclosures to trained human review.
Minors
Child protection comes before youth interaction.
Information about minors is collected through a parent or legal guardian unless an approved child-safety protocol states otherwise. The Way will not create public child profiles, unrestricted private messaging, or unrestricted AI conversations for minors.
- No publication of a child’s name, image, story, location, or schedule without verified permission.
- No youth interaction before screening, supervision, reporting, and data-handling procedures are operational.
- No claim that a background check alone makes an environment safe.
Professional and emergency care
Know the limits of ministry support.
The Way is not an emergency service and does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions, provide legal advice, investigate abuse, or conduct autonomous crisis intervention. If someone faces immediate danger, they should contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
Accountability
Authority requires review.
Staff and volunteers require written roles, reporting pathways, access limits, and consequences for violating safety or privacy. Complaints are documented and reviewed without treating criticism as spiritual disloyalty.
